During my time at Louis Vuitton, I led large-scale installations at flagship locations, including New Bond Street and Harrods. This section of my portfolio highlights key projects, such as the Louis Vuitton x Yayoi Kusama takeover at Harrods, where I played a vital role in executing 27 windows, four concessions, a pop-up space, and an interactive area, while also supporting the external installation of a giant sculpture. The windows were revealed during the first week of January, with the entire collection launched in a single night. This ambitious project was made possible through my organization, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate and overcome challenges, ensuring a seamless execution from start to finish.

Men’s SS24

I led the New Bond Street launch of Pharrell Williams' debut Spring-Summer 2024 men's collection for Louis Vuitton, ensuring the in-store experience aligned with the Creative Director’s vision. My role included overseeing the store windows, curating two pop-in spaces, and transforming the store's private apartment into an immersive showcase. A hidden room was also unveiled, designed exclusively to present the collection’s most coveted bag, creating a memorable and exclusive experience for clients.

Store Openings & Expansions

While at Louis Vuitton, I contributed to several store openings, including the 2020 launch of a refurbished concession at Harrods, covering 422 sqm.

In 2021, I also led the expansion of the Men's Superbrands concession (345 sqm), making it the largest menswear concession in Harrods. This expansion boosted men's sales to 34% of the store's total business and drove a 12% increase in overall sales, helping Harrods achieve the #2 ranking in EMEA.

My role included preparing the store layout, organizing displays, and leading a team of visual merchandisers who supported the project. Below are some photos showcasing these spaces.
